Additional Services - IPTV


Additional services are provided as a supplement to the main services of tariff plans. Additional services can be added by paying prescribed one-time or monthly fee. The availability or inclusion of a specific additional service in a certain tariff plan is determined by the terms and conditions of that tariff plan. If an additional service is included in a tariff plan the fee for provision of that additional service is not charged for that tariff plan. 

 

1Selection of optional TV channels

The subscriber of Smart television service can add offered optional TV channels. The monthly fee for each activated optional TV channel is being added to monthly fee of subscribed tariff plan. Starting from the first day of the reporting month to its last day included the subscriber can deactivate 10 previously activated optional TV channels without taking into consideration, whether the same TV channel or a different one is being deactivated. If subscriber changes his/her tariff plan, he/she does not receive the opportunity of deactivating 10 optional TV channels within that tariff plan , but continues using the  remaining amount of  possible  deactivations of TV channels without exceeding the limits of previous tariff plan for current month.

 

2. Thematic TV channel packages 

The subscriber of Smart television service has opportunity to connect thematic TV packages. The monthly fee of each activated TV Channel package is added to the basic monthly fee of the tariff plan. If subscriber activates a thematic TV channel package that includes TV channels separately activated by the subscriber previously all the TV channels are being deactivated in case of inclusion in the thematic TV channel package list. Some of the TV channels included in the thematic package may coincide with basic TV channels included in the tariff plan.

The subscriber can deactivate maximum 5 times any activated thematic package for the period starting from the first day of the reporting month till its last day included. 

 

3. Video on Demand (VOD)

The subscriber receives opportunity to select a film by Video on Demand service and watch it during 48 hours after its purchase. There exists no quantitative limitation to watch the film for the given period of time. The subscriber pays one-time fee for each purchased film. If subscriber purchases a film in the scope of VOD service by his/her OTT account he/she does not have opportunity to watch the same film by his/her IP TV account. If subscriber purchases a film in the scope of VOD service by his/her IP TV account he/she does not have opportunity to watch the same film by his/her OTT account. 

 

4 Film packages 

Every subscriber of Smart television service has an opportunity to purchase film package. There exists one-time fee for film packages, which is paid in a postpaid basis. The 4 film packages are presented below:

 

1. 5 Views gives opportunity to watch 5 film with onetime fee of 1000 AMD including VAT

2. 10 Views gives opportunity to watch 10 film with onetime fee of 1500 AMD including VAT

3. 20 Views gives opportunity to watch 20 film with onetime fee of 2500 AMD including VAT

4. 100 Views gives opportunity to watch 100 film with onetime fee of 10000 AMD including VAT

 

By purchasing film package the subscriber receives opportunity to watch films, which’s quantity is limited according to the chosen package, from the list of films provided by the operator for next 30 days starting from the purchase moment for packages 5 Views10 Views20 Views and for next 365 days starting from the purchase moment for 100 Views package (henceforth Maximum watching time). If the number of watched films does not reach the limit defined by the package during the Maximum Watching Time the subscriber loses the opportunity to watch the remaining number of films included in the package.

The number of included films is limited by the defined number of films in the package. In the scope of film packages it is possible to watch the same film multiple times starting from the point of its start for 2 hours, which will be considered onetime view. After 2 hours from the start of the same film each watching is considered separate and is equal to watching to different films by the same number. If the subscriber activated a film package he/she cannot activate another film package or purchase film by VOD during the active period of the service. The active period of film package is considered the maximum watching time defined by the package or the maximum number of films available to watch defined by the package starting from the activation of the package if the subscriber watches the maximum number of films before the end of maximum watching time. After the active period of film packages the subscriber can purchase another film package or film by VOD service. If subscriber activates film package on his/her OTT account, he/she does not have opportunity to watch it by his/her IP TV account. If subscriber activates film package on his/her IP TV account, he/she does not have opportunity to watch it by his/her OTT account.

 

5. Multiroom

By activating Multiroom service the subscriber receives opportunity to connect 2 additional SmartBox devices to existing one given with the right of usage and without fee, which will enable watch all the content of the tariff plan with all connected devices. The monthly fee for Multiroom service provision is 500 AMD. The monthly fee for each additional SmartBox device is 2000 AMD (including VAT).

If the service is already included in the tariff plan, the monthly fee for the provision of Multiroom service provision is not levied. If the monthly fee of additional device is already included in the tariff plan the monthly fee is not being levied for according to the defined number of SmartBoxs by the tariff plan (if Multiroom service is activated).

 

6 Broadcast recording/Network personal video recorder (NPVR)

By Network personal video recorder it is available to record broadcasted live shows. The subscriber of smart television receives opportunity to record up to 3 hours of the ether via NPVR service by paying monthly fee of 1000 AMD (including VAT). If the service of Broadcast recording is already included in the tariff plan the monthly service fee is not being levied in the scope f that tariff plan.

 

7․ TV on Demand

The subscriber has opportunity to watch any show after 120 or 168 hours of the broadcast of the latter. The period of time for watching previous TV shows is dependent and defined by the tariff plan conditions. Due to this service the subscribers have an opportunity to watch previous TV content program by program.

 

8․ Broadcast managing /time shifted TV (TSTV)

The service of broadcast managing gives opportunity to stop the current broadcast and continue it from the same point, and also watch the program from the beginning. It is available to watch broadcasted programs for previous 3 hours by Broadcast Managing service according to minutes. 

 

9 SmartBox Wi-Fi

Due to Smartphone Wi-Fi service you can get Smart TV access, connecting the SmartBox via Wi-Fi connectivity.

• SmartBox Wi-Fi 1 to 500 AMD/month

• SmartBox Wi-Fi 2 to 500 AMD/month (provided in the scope of Multiroom Service, at least 1 Additional SmartBox available)

• SmartBox Wi-Fi 3 to 500 AMD/month (provided in the scope of Multiroom Service, at least 2 Additional SmartBoxes available)

If the subscriber wants to activate the SmartBox Wi-Fi 2, the option SmartBox Wi-Fi 1 must be active too.

If the subscriber wants to activate the SmartBox Wi-Fi 3, the options SmartBox Wi-Fi 1 and SmartBox Wi-Fi 2 must be active too.
